Our Story
Founded in 1999 by Wendy Buhr, Ella's began in a 400sq/ft storefront on Front Street in Traverse City, Michigan. Named after her daughter, Ella, the boutique first carried a selection of new and vintage clothing and accessories. Over the years, Ella's has grown into a 5,000sq/ft space, offering a vast selection of women's clothing and accessories, homewares, furnishings, full service interior design (Ella's Interiors), and more.
Ella's has become a staple in Traverse City, and we are so grateful for this community that has allowed us to continue to thrive over the years.
